(sched_analyze): New variable loop_note.  Pass to

(unlink_notes): Don't save away NOTE_INSN_LOOP_BEG or
NOTE_INSN_LOOP_END notes.
(schedule_block): Generalize code that looks for magic REG_DEAD
notes and converts them to notes.
