        * config/os/djgpp/ctype_noninline.h (ctype<char>::ctype): fix typo.
        (ctype<char>::do_toupper(char)): use <static_cast>.
        (ctype<char>::do_toupper(char *, const char *)): likewise.
        (ctype<char>::do_tolower(char)): likewise.
        (ctype<char>::do_tolower(char *, const char *)): likewise.
