	Add static prototypes.

	parameter, all callers changed.
	(maybe_objc_method_name): Mark with ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED.
	(objc_printable_name): Likewise.  Change second parameter to type int.
	(init_objc): Use memcpy, not bcopy, to avoid casts.
