	(ffi_closure_raw_SYSV): Handle FFI_TYPE_UINT8,
	FFI_TYPE_SINT8, FFI_TYPE_UINT16, FFI_TYPE_SINT16, FFI_TYPE_UINT32,
	FFI_TYPE_SINT32.
