	* src/Makefile.am: Remove std.internal.digest.sha_SSSE3 and
	std.internal.math.biguintx86 modules.
	* src/Makefile.in: Rebuild.
	* src/std/internal/digest/sha_SSSE3.d: Remove.
	* src/std/internal/math/biguintx86.d: Remove.
