(expand_units): When calculate BLOCKAGE, reverse
terms to POS_MINUS_OP.  Clarify comment before BLOCKAGE computation.
(write_complex_function): Use EXECUTING_INSN for first switch, and
CANDIDATE_INSN for second switch.
