	* docs/doxygen/tables.html:  New file, emoty structure only.

	* include/bits/stl_iterator.h:  Doxygenate just about everything.
	* include/bits/stl_iterator_base_funcs.h:  Ditto, clean up spaces.
	* include/bits/stl_iterator_base_types.h:  Add notes.
