        mkstemp.  Get them from libiberty.
        (COLLECT2_OBJS): Similarly for choose-temp, cplus-dem and mkstemp.
        (PROTO_OBJS): Similarly for choose-temp, getopt, getopt1 and pexecute.
        (cplus-dem.o, pexecute.o, choose-temp.o): Remove build rules.
        (mkstemp.o, getopt1.o, getopt.o): Likewise.
