* java/lang/natClass.cc (initializeClass): Link vtable, otable,
idt tables after initializing superclass.
* java/lang/natClassLoader.cc (uaddr): New typedef.
(_Jv_PrepareCompiledClass): Resolve superclass, interfaces
if they are constant pool indicies. Don't link vtable, otable yet.
