descriptive comment, show UNKNOWN_LOCATION, BUILTINS_LOCATION,
LINE_MAP_MAX_LOCATION_WITH_COLS, LINE_MAP_MAX_SOURCE_LOCATION.
Add notes about ad-hoc values.
