* sched.c (reemit_notes): Add prototype.
	(sched_analyze_2): Reorganize comments.  Call prev_nonnote_insn.
	(sched_analyze): Add abort call.
	(schedule_block): Undo last patch.  Call prev_nonnote_insn.
	Move call of reemit_notes to after SCHED_GROUP_P scheduling.
	Set `head' to `last'.
