	* config/linker-map.gnu: Add symbols.
	* docs/html/ext/mt_allocator.html: Document new design.
	* testsuite/ext/mt_allocator/tune-1.cc: New.
	* testsuite/ext/mt_allocator/tune-2.cc: New.
