movdi_lo_sum_pic_label_ref): New patterns for 64-bit label
references when PIC.
* config/sparc/sparc.h (ASM_OUTPUT_ADDR_VEC_ELT,
ASM_OUTPUT_ADDR_DIFF_ELT): Don't do anything special for MEDLOW,
output an .xword for all 64-bit cases.
