* Makefile.in (check-po): New target for doing checks in the po
subdir if all languages configured.
(CHECK_TARGETS): Add @CHECK_PO@, replaced with check-po via
configure if NLS is enabled.
* configure.in: If NLS is enabled, substitute CHECK_PO by check-po,
otherwise leave empty.
* configure: Regenerate.
