	* java/awt/Container.java (addImpl): Enable paint events if adding
	a lightweight to a heavyweight.
	(addNotify): Ensure that peer is created before
	addNotifyContainerChildren.
	(addNotifyContainerChildren): Enable paint events if a heavyweight
	container contains a lightweight.
