	attribute macros from here ...
	(CPP_SPEC): to here.
	* i386/mingw32.h (CPP_PREDEFINES): Likewise.
	(CPP_SPEC): Likewise.
	* i386/crtdll.h (CPP_PREDEFINES): Delete attribute macros.
