        all of the remaining elements.
        * java/util/Vector.java (addAll(int,Collection)): Likewise.
        (removeRange): If toIndex == fromIndex do
        nothing, if toIndex < fromIndex throw IndexOutIfBoundsException.
        (removeAll): Always throw NullPointerException when collection is
        null.
        (retrainAll): Likewise.
