	* config/nvptx/reduction.c: New.
	* config/nvptx/t-nvptx (LIB2ADD): Add it.

	libgomp/
	* testsuite/libgomp.oacc-c-c++-common/reduction-cplx-flt.c: Add
	worker & gang cases.
	* testsuite/libgomp.oacc-c-c++-common/reduction-cplx-dbl.c: Likewise.
