	(tuple): Use the latter.
	(tuple<_T1>): Remove.
	* testsuite/20_util/uses_allocator/cons_neg.cc: Adjust dg-error
	line number.
	* testsuite/20_util/weak_ptr/comparison/cmp_neg.cc: Likewise.
