	* include/std/std_sstream.h (setbuf): Don't set _M_buf,
	is actually redundant for basic_stringbuf.
	(_M_really_sync): Likewise.
	* include/bits/fstream.tcc (basic_filebuf()): Adjust.
	* include/bits/sstream.tcc (seekoff): Adjust.
