      (df_insn_change_bb): Add new_bb argument.  Simplify.  Call

      * cfgrtl.c (update_bb_for_insn_chain): Pass bb to
      df_insn_change_bb, don't call set_block_for_insn.
      * emit-rtl.c (reorder_insns): Likewise.
