        16-bit shifted constant.  Fix typo for 'P'.
        (EXTRA_CONSTARINT): 'T' checks for a 32-bit mask operand.
        * rs6000.md (movsi, addsi3_internal1, movdi, adddi3_internal1):
        Use 'L' for shifted constant.
        (anddi3_internal3): Fix typo.
        (32-bit mask patterns): Use 'T'.
