class.c (build_vtbl_ref): Remove.

	* class.c (build_vtbl_ref): Remove.
	(build_vtbl_ref_1): Rename to build_vtbl_ref.
	(build_vfn_ref): Call build_vtbl_ref instead of build_vtbl_ref_1.
