Don't use DWARF 4 on Solaris

	* config/sol2.c (solaris_override_options): New function.
	* config/sol2-protos.h (solaris_override_options): Declare.
	* config/sol2.h (SUBTARGET_OVERRIDE_OPTIONS): Define.
