StringBuffer.java (delete): Call arrayCopy() correctly.

	* java/lang/StringBuffer.java (delete): Call arrayCopy() correctly.
	Avoid arrayCopy() call where possible. Update `count' _after_ calling
	arrayCopy().
	(replace): Reimplemented. Fix javadoc.
	(reverse): Call ensureCapacity_unsynchronized().
	(StringBuffer (String)): Use DEFAULT_CAPACITY.
