        * include/experimental/deque: Remove feature-test macro.
        * include/experimental/forward_list: Ditto.
        * include/experimental/list: Ditto.
        * include/experimental/map: Ditto.
        * include/experimental/set: Ditto.
        * include/experimental/string: Ditto.
        * include/experimental/unordered_map: Ditto.
        * include/experimental/unordered_set: Ditto.
