sparc-c.c (sparc_target_macros): Replace TARGET_64BIT with TARGET_ARCH64.

	* config/sparc/sparc-c.c (sparc_target_macros): Replace TARGET_64BIT
	with TARGET_ARCH64.  Define __VIS to 0x400 if TARGET_VIS4.
