avr.md (code_stdname): Add ior, xor.

	* config/avr/avr.md (code_stdname): Add ior, xor.
	(xior): New code iterator.
	(*<code_stdname><mode>qi.byte0): Use xior instead of ior.
	(*<code_stdname><mode>qi.byte1-3): Ditto.
