	* c-common.c (explicit_flag_signed_bitfields,
	lang_statement_code_p, lang_expand_function_end): Remove.
	* c-common.h: Remove the corresponding declarations.
	* c-opts.c (c_common_handle_option): Remove all write access
	to explicit_flag_signed_bitfields.
