sparc.c (sparc_emit_set_const32, [...]): Change parameters to gen_rtx_CONST_DOUBLE.

	* config/sparc/sparc.c (sparc_emit_set_const32, GEN_HIGHINT64):
	Change parameters to gen_rtx_CONST_DOUBLE.
	(GEN_INT64, sparc_emit_set_const64): Likewise.
	* config/sparc/sparc.md (movdf split): Likewise.
