xcoffout.h (DBX_OUTPUT_GCC_MARKER): Do not emit any marker.

	* xcoffout.h (DBX_OUTPUT_GCC_MARKER): Do not emit any marker.

	* config/rs6000/aix.h (USER_LABEL_PREFIX): AIX symbols do not have
	any prefix.
	(ASM_OUTPUT_LABELREF): Delete.
