	* config/m68k/m68k.c (MOTOROLA): Move from here...
	* config/m68k/m68k.h (MOTOROLA): ... to here.
	(OUTPUT_JUMP): Use do {...} while (0).
	* config/m68k/m68k.md: Replace #ifdef MOTOROLA with C statements.
