gnatlink.adb (Gnatlink): If gcc is not called with -shared-libgcc...

	* gnatlink.adb (Gnatlink): If gcc is not called with -shared-libgcc,
	call it with -static-libgcc, as there are some platforms, such as
	Darwin, where one of these two switches is compulsory to link.
