	* fixinc/fixtests.c (TEST_FOR_FIX_PROC_HEAD): Fix to allow
	compilation with older compilers, such as /bin/cc on SunOS.
	* fixinc/fixfixes.c (FIX_PROC_HEAD): Ditto.
Fix build errors on SunOS 4.1.4.
