gcov.exp: Add support for a .x file to control XFAIL and which kinds of gcov output to verify. 

	* gcc.misc-tests/gcov.exp: Add support for a .x file to control
	XFAIL and which kinds of gcov output to verify.
	* gcc.misc-tests/gcov-4b.x: New file.
	* gcc.misc-tests/gcov-5b.x: New file.
	* gcc.misc-tests/gcov-6.x: New file.
	* gcc.misc-tests/gcov-7.c: New test.
	* gcc.misc-tests/gcov-7.x: New file.
