gcc.c: Fix commentary describing %g, %u, %U, and %O. 

 
        * gcc.c: Fix commentary describing %g, %u, %U, and %O.
        * gcc.c (do_spec_1): Fix support for %O so the
        temporary file name made for it the first time
        gets reused subsequently.
