netbsd.h (DWARF2_UNWIND_INFO): Define as zero for now.

        * arm/netbsd.h (DWARF2_UNWIND_INFO): Define as zero for now.
        * i386/netbsd.h, m68k/netbsd.h, ns32k/netbsd.h: Likewise.
        * sparc/netbsd.h, vax/netbsd.h: Likewise.
