Makefile.in (stamp-as): Use $(ORIGINAL_AS_FOR_TARGET) instead of $<.

	* Makefile.in (stamp-as): Use $(ORIGINAL_AS_FOR_TARGET)
	instead of $<.  Don't remove ./as if it already exists.
