sdbout.c (struct sdb_file): NAME now const.

	* sdbout.c (struct sdb_file): NAME now const.
	(sdbout_init): input_file_name now const.
	(sdbout_start_new_source_file): FILENAME now const.
	* sdbout.c (sdbout_init, sdbout_start_new_source_file): Reflect above.
