	* a-convec.ads, a-convec.adb (Append): Check for fast path. Split
	out slow path into separate procedure. Inline Append. Fast path
	now avoids calling Insert.
	(Finalize): Do the busy checking last, so the container gets emptied.
	(Insert, Insert_Space): Remove redundancy.
