configure.ac: Add AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS.

	* configure.ac: Add AC_USE_SYSTEM_EXTENSIONS.
	* mmapio.c: Don't define _GNU_SOURCE.
	* configure, config.h.in: Rebuild.
