decl.c (SS_MARK_NAME): New define.

	* gcc-interface/decl.c (SS_MARK_NAME): New define.
	(gnat_to_gnu_entity) <E_Function>: Prepend leaf attribute on entities
	whose name is SS_MARK_NAME.
