	* doc/bugreport.texi: Fix paragraph breaking between sections
	in preparation for TeXinfo's paragraph indentation fixes.
	* doc/extend.texi: Ditto.
	* doc/invoke.texi: Ditto.
	* doc/objc.texi: Ditto.
	* doc/gcov.texi: Wrap 'gcov' in @command{}.
	* doc/invoke.texi (Darwin Options): Add a preamble.
