configure: Rebuild. 

        * configure: Rebuild.
        * configure.ac (host_libs): Add libiconv.
        * Makefile.in: Rebuild.
        * Makefile.def (host_modules): Add libiconv.
        (configure-gdb, all-gdb): Depend on libiconv.
