lib1funcs.asm (LSYM): Define -- on ELF prefix a local symbol with '.'. 

* arm/lib1funcs.asm (LSYM): Define -- on ELF prefix a local symbol with
'.'.  Change all local symbol definitions and references to use LSYM.
