* tree-ssa-ccp.c (ccp_initialize): Make sure to simulate
stmt_ends_pp_p statements at least once.
* tree-vrp.c (vrp_initialize): Likewise.
(vrp_visit_stmt): Be prepared for non-interesting stmts.
