rs6000: New testcase fp-convert.c

This tests the generated code for all conversions between floating point
point types, binary and decimal.


gcc/testsuite/
	* gcc.target/powerpc/convert-fp-128.c: New testcase.
	* gcc.target/powerpc/convert-fp-64.c: New testcase.
