Makefile.in (local-clean): remove *.log

        * Makefile.in (local-clean): remove *.log
        (warning.log): built with warn_summary from build.log
        (mail-report.log): run test_summary
        (mail-report-with-warnings.log): run test_summary including
        warning.log in the report
