	* gfortran.dg/ieee/rounding_1.f90: Rename from ieee_rounding_1.f90.
	* gfortran.dg/ieee/ieee_1.f90: Rename from ieee_1.F90.
	(dg-additional-options): Add -mieee-with-inexact for alpha*-*-*.
