	* Makefile.am: Remove intrinsics/bit_intrinsics.c.
	* Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* gfortran.map: Remove _gfortran_clz128 and _gfortran_ctz128.
	* intrinsics/bit_intrinsics.c: Remove.
